Very impressed with this Gluten Free Bakery, so far I've tried their dobladitas, rolls and different kinds of loaves, all gluten free. The bread is also fresh every day and they vary the selection (for example bagels, tomato rolls and onion rolls). I feel very safe buying here as everything is gluten free, including their desserts and some packaged items! They do use egg and dairy products in some of their breads and desserts and it is not nut free, but the staff are extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions for anyone with further food restrictions.
