Palm Tree Palace - La Quinta

We were hoping for a good Chinese restaurant to come into the area but this is not up to scratch. The chicken curry was greasy and sinewy, the atmosphere was not vibrant, and the interior flashing lights gave me a headache.

Service was somewhat decent. You can see the employees giving eachother faces after talking to their customers. Overall, need better attitude within the workforce. Food was 5/10. Only thing I recommend is going for their dim sum options. That’s about it.

Just found this place and it was very good, went twice within the week. Highly recommend.

Rude personnel, did not pay attention to my order request...food under cooked. Did not receive my total order. l'll never order from them again.

I waited in the waiting area to be seated for more than 20 minutes. I did not receive any acknowledgement. I made eye contact with all the staff on the floor, but there was no interaction. I understand that this should not affect my perception, but I couldn't help but notice that as soon as another individual arrived, they were seated before us, even though I had politely mentioned that we were next. They were still seated and no one said anything to us. We decided to leave because I knew I would be in a negative mood for the rest of the time. I have previously recommended this establishment to many people, but I will not do so again.
