Dickey's Barbecue Pit - La Quinta

The food is absolutely amazing! The brisket is fantastic, and the jalapeño kielbasa just melts in your mouth. The staff is excellent and very efficient; I was seated in less than five minutes. My only complaint is that the portions are smaller than I would prefer. To really feel full, you’ll need to order at least one three-meat plate.

Update: I wrote the other day that the brisket was much better, and I also tried the smoked turkey, which I really enjoyed. The service was friendly as well. However, I’ve been to other restaurants in Las Vegas that were disappointing compared to this one. My brisket was dry and overcooked, making it tough to chew. On the positive side, the ribs were delicious, and the side dishes were well-prepared and comparable to other locations I've visited.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and, to be honest, I was expecting more visually. However, I left feeling full and satisfied. It is fast-food BBQ, after all. If you're hungry and don't have high standards, definitely check it out!
