Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru

Love coming here for their tres leches muffin and horchata cold brew !This is more of a drive thru location. There is 2 public parking spots 1 Handicap parking.They do have indoor and outdoor seating ! But finding parking is difficult. You would need to park on the street or at a near by business.On the weekdays it gets packed around 8-9am and on weekends the rush hour is around 10am- 12pm.The outdoor seating aesthetically pleasing, and the workers here are quick and friendly! Easily one of my favorite go to coffee shops!

No customer service they never have no sweet croissants always out. Too much yapping.

These people that work here have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are so rude and never say sorry or thank you and are always messing up the orders. They roll their eyes at us and we only ordered one drink lol. Then this girl gave me my drink with the coffee spilling out all on the sides and I repeatedly tried to get her attention for a napkin and she just kept ignoring me. The other girl pointed at me and she just didn't want to look at me and then finally threw the napkin at me and never apologized. This is like the 10th time I've been here, usually tolerate their poor behavior because it's close to me but not anymore. Hopefully they replace all of their workers.

The 3 girls behind the counter were so rude. When my party walked in, they didn 't acknowledge us. We waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes. They never said anything to us. To be fair, they did have a line in the drive-thru, but they could have at least said we be right with you or something like that. Finally we asked can we order and one of the younger girls asked the older lady which I think was the manager Can I take their order and the older lady rolled her eyes and said yeah whatever . So we asked for a few different drinks and pastries, and the older lady kept saying, We don 't have anymore, we 're out. So we asked what do u have, and she only offered us 2 drinks. It was my first time there, so I ordered one of the options she gave me. I was very disappointed with the drink. It tasted as if she had just filled up the cup with whatever she had. When we were in the lobby drinking our coffee the older lady turned up the music so we couldnt hear eachother. I won 't be returning,
