Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - La Puente

Horrible, chicken was less than lukewarm, cajun fries was soggy cold. We ordered online when we got there 30 minutes later, the food was not ready. Drive thru and people who walk in after me got their orders, ridiculous. DON'T waste your money at this location! They don't want our business.

I waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. You have 4 people moving so slow, one of them kept looking at me but walked to the back. They were talking out loud about going to the back to eat. Horrible service while I'm ordering one of the ladies started talking to the guy taking my order and completely ignored me halfway through my order

I asked the gentleman working in the front for my food fresh and he was kind enough to do so. Thank you David for a great experience. Would definitely come again.

The chicken was over fried n very dry n the skin was extra hard. Almost burned. N so expensive. Never buying chicken from there again. I rather go to the popeyes in San

This location is so ghetto!! I wouldn't even bother coming here... save your time they take forever on getting orders out....
