Pho Oh Love - La Puente

Pho Oh Love is still one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The quality of the food here is delicious and the service is pretty friendly. I still enjoy the Vegetarian options here when there are days that I don't want to eat meat. The restaurant is clean and very spacious and there's plenty of parking for all. I usually end up ordering the vegetarian Pho and vermicelli. Both are made with amazing flavors and care. The portions here are pretty huge as well. You'll definitely enjoy this place is you stop by and dine.

I love a good bowl of pho and Pho Oh Love delivers! Flavorful but light broth, and huge spring rolls. I ordered take out and everything was packaged nicely, people were also friendly and helped me quickly when I arrived to pick up. Didn't dine in but the ambiance was spacious and inviting.

Best egg rolls ever! Large generous portions of pho. Simple but cozy. Good food! Good service! Recommend!

Today was the SECOND time experiencing a bad plate. First time was on the house. Because they had a new cook. Second time was today I took ONE BITE the waiter with the black glasses, that 's always there serving my family, made my husband pay for the plate. After we have made this our favorite PHO spot. It is no longer. You would think that customer service would be a priority at small businesses certainly not here. We are very upset disappointed with our lunch experience today. CUSTOMERS COME FIRST! We pay 60$ or even more every time we eat here for them not to take our plate off the bill is so ridiculous. Keep in mind I didn 't even take my chow mein home. I told the waiter I 'm sorry i didn 't like it. He asked me Why? I said Because of the squid. I 'm sorry. I asked him to take it back he did. But what 's crazy is that I asked what was in the combination chow mien prior to ordering my plate he did NOT say squid. If i would 've known when I asked what comes in it? then I wouldn 't have ordered it. Common sense. Chow mein combination very greasy!! Don 't get it. Not what I expected. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Always take forever to refill your drinks. You would think after a hot bowl of pho they would at least know you 'd be thirsty. Rarely ask how everything was and if we need anything. Always have to ask for more water. I hope this restaurant improves in the future. my family loved this spot we loved the pho. Spring rolls and egg rolls. Strawberry smoothies. Boba is different as well not the black boba it 's pink. But Unfortunately after this incident that just occurred, We will not be going back after today. My whole family comes here but I will be letting them know of our experience I will have to recommend that they don 't come back. First time reading Yelp reviews. I didn 't know they even use MSG. It 's homemade I don 't know if making a phone call will even be worth it at this point. The waiter argued with my husband over a 16$ plate. All because nothing was wrong with the noodles, clearly too greasy. Chicken had no flavor. Shrimp still had tail on it. Veggies tasted like chemicals. WATER IS POORLY FILTERED. get better filtered water please!! I love my water with lemon and never do I receive that, it 's always lime it just doesn 't take the same. I never cared about appearance. Always went because my daughter loved their pho. They DONT have veggie kids pho. After we have been customers for over a year they couldn 't add vegetables in a kids pho? Young waiter is just as lazy, never fills your water up or checks on you. Do better. Farewell Good luck.

Finally found a place in West Covina with delicious bun rieu. Love the broth and all the toppings they put in it (meatballs, fried tofu, etc). Their beef pho is great too and their egg rolls are to die for. I also love that they give you a variety of toppings (fresh veggies, noodles, etc) to pair with the eggrolls! We've never had to wait for a table before. I don't know if it's because it's new so not a lot of people know about it yet or because of the times we come. The restaurant is clean and their service is pretty fast, usually there's just one or two workers. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are big! I've been here a couple times already and it hasn't disappointed yet!
