And it was, lean and very flavorful, best Birria de Chivo I've found in the area. 5 Stars Birria de Res Lean with good flavor, not quite as good as the Chivo, but a solid taco. 4 Stars Consommé Clean, not greasy and good flavor Carne Asada Most likely grilled on a flattop grill it was lacking a it in flavor, but meat was lean, a decent taco. 3 Stars Al Pastor Definitely not off a trompo, the meat was a bit overcooked, dry and lacking in flavor. 2 Stars Carnitas A mix of some crispy bits and moist piggy, a good taco. 4 Stars Buche Bien Dorado Fantastic, nice and crisp with great flavor. 5 Stars Salsa Verde y Roja If you like the heat get the Roja, both were very good. Avg 3.8 Stars

I discovered my new favorite spot for birria de Chivo con Consome. The goat meat was tender and the consome was packed with flavor.

The beef birria burrito was incredible. So tender and juicy.

Very disappointed and lost of quality control from El Chivo. I ordered 4 birras of chivo on August 1,2021 and it was the most disappointing birra I have ever had. The chivo meat was as chewy as beef jerky and just disappointing. Not only was it distasteful but it was also mixed in with beef. Chivo and Res is a different meat that why we ordered birra de Chivo. One Star for El Chivo . Eat at your own risk

I visited this restaurant a few days ago and ordered four beef tacos and four goat tacos. The tacos were tasty and came with a dipping sauce. I plan on going back to try the pizza, which looked very appetizing. I will provide an update after trying the pizza.
