I was there 3 days ago. Find it way too overprice for the portion. The worst is that the rice was not cooked! It was hard and crunchy.

Really disappointed with the general quality of my dish considering the price of the product. The grilled chicken was only cooked on the outside. The portion leaves something to be desired. Having known the size before, I would never have paid $27 for this little dish. I never thought I would want a refund for a dish...

By far the WORST poke bowl I've eaten in my life. I'm not a picky person, this is literally the first time I've left a bad google review, but the disappointment and frustration I had when I arrived home after having my order picked up a little early …the quality of the dish was completely unacceptable.I ordered a strawberry and avocado salmon poke. One, the amount of salmon was ridiculous, practically non-existent. There was 5x more crushed wasabi than salmon (in addition to making the taste atrocious and having the impression of eating croutons rather than tartare, they invaded my bowl so much there was), and I didn't haven't seen a piece of avocado. Two, the rice was completely frozen. I had difficulty and misery to separate it and even more to chew it. Three, instead of salad, it was KALE. Nowhere did it say so on the menu. But the worst part is that there are supposed to be chopped pieces of leeks…i thought the big chunks i had trouble chewing were that…until i realize it was pieces of kale stalk!!!!!!! It was EVERYWHERE in my bowl, large pieces of severed stems. This is literally unacceptable.$30 for a poke is already excessively expensive, but on top of that to put it in the trash so much that it is not edible… I will NEVER go back there in my life.The only positive comment I have is that the lady at the checkout was really nice. I received good service there when I picked up my order, but it was really the quality of the dish that was appalling.

Personally, I find it too small and too close to the kitchens to eat there. The tartars are very good.

Not receiving the ordered meal at all, complaining to customer service and radio silence.
