I guess the girl at the front counter is new and the manager wouldn't help her, I waited 20 min for chicken pliers. I saw them dropping new and going through everything for the ride, so I had to wait 10 minutes. I ordered 5 chickens for peace I didn't get sharp 4! I ordered a peace that is not spicy and got a spicy suggestion, just super frustrating. thanks not to the grace never has to go back!

When I first went into the window, they asked if we would make a picture if they I think she was on drug, it took her like 5 minutes to take my order, and she asked us what we wanted after I had already told them. my drink was hit when I got a chilled strawberry limonade.

These mf'ers constantly give me regular chicken when I ask for spicy. And I always figure it out when i get home. I just saw some guy freak out in there about the same thing when I came back for THE SAME THING.

Underperfoming drive-thru workers seem to be the norm in this area. Kitchen did it's job, Worker at the window fails consistently. Order repeated 3 times (still got it completely wrong), no forks, no bbq sauce, no napkins over several visits. Bring in the robots!
