Mcdonald's - La Porte

Fast and easy. your BOGO sandwich on a quitting must be changed. beginning to become a punishment

Even though McDonald’s advertises breakfast served until 1 PM we arrived at 12:20 PM, there was no breakfast menu available on sign above counter or on kiosks. The nice lady behind the counter had to read the available items, one by one, from her monitor.

Both Drive thru lanes where open but only 1 taking orders the other lane nobody responded to at all but people were still waiting in line. I caused a bit of confusion of people trying to back up others turning around and some just quitting and driving off cutting off others. I had to complete go around the block to the line again and order inside instead cause the drive thru line was still a mess.

Unclean, slow, with untrained staff. Waited 15 minutes for curbside before going in to find my order just sitting on the counter cold. Skip this McDonald's and go anywhere else.

We were in town for a softball tournament and went to this McDonalds twice this weekend for breakfast and lunch. Both times they were on their game. Service was fantastic and every staff members were very friendly a rarity these days Our orders came out very fast and the food was good and fresh. We dined in both times and the restaurant was clean. For a while I’ve boycotted McDonalds but this location gave me hope in them again. Keep up the good work guys.
