Chili's Grill - La Porte

We overall had a decent service. The people were fabulous. There were a few bumps along the way, my little sister got the kids Mac (arrived cold), and the margarita menu said nothing about a citrus sugar on the drink my mom had (allergic to oranges)

I haven't been to chili's in years due to having some issues and decided i wouldn't be back. Gave it 1 last try and it was great. The food was good, no small portions like before. Waitress was on point and the food came out in a timely manner. Had agood experience, will be back!

My son has unique tastes and really loves the lure in the bar at Chili's. It is one of the best appetizers I have ever had at a restaurant. Chili's deserves high praise! I had the dry rub ribs and they were delicious, and my son had the cheeseburger. Both items were cooked perfectly. Chili's may not always have the best reputation, but it never disappoints us.

Typically, I wouldn't rate this restaurant very highly. However, after ordering from here two days ago and being pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, we decided to order again the next day. Unfortunately, this time our food arrived burnt and old, with some parts of the order completely raw. I'm not sure why or how the quality could be so drastically different. It seems like the cook must have had a bad day today.

I ordered the roasted street corn, but was disappointed to find it completely burnt and not edible. The to-go margaritas were also spilled in the bag, possibly due to the lids not being secure enough. The food was delicious, but the portion size of the carne asada was smaller than expected. Our waitress was very hardworking and kind, managing both the bar and our section efficiently.
