Applebee's Grill - La Plata

I wasn’t in Applebee’s in a minute, but after my experience today I’m going to follow more. Amy experience at this place was top notch! my server was amazing from this world and eating was just as good!

The atmosphere at the restaurant was very pleasant and the waiter was extremely attentive. The drinks were good and I decided to try the chicken, which was incredibly juicy and not dry at all. However, it is worth noting that there were no vegetarian options available on the menu.

Eating was pretty good. has been bad lately. today was a significant improvement. service was fast and kept on the items.

Everyone was fantastic. It was late at night, but I decided to grab something to eat. The server was incredibly patient and attentive. It's not often that you receive such excellent customer service, especially in this area nowadays.

The customer service provided by the hostess was lacking, but our server, Nyesha, was excellent. The restaurant atmosphere was lacking in warmth, as I wasn't greeted upon arrival and the hostess seemed disinterested. Although the food was decent, it was not outstanding. The prices were high, which could be attributed to inflation. Overall, the experience left something to be desired in terms of customer service and atmosphere, despite the good service from our server.
