It appears that this restaurant frequently runs out of items. This was the first time they were out of chicken, and it was only 11pm. It would be beneficial for more experienced employees to assist with managing inventory to prevent shortages.

Always double check your order before leaving the drive-thru at this restaurant. I have had to return several times due to missing items. The quality of the food here is inconsistent – sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. Tonight, I paid extra for cheese in my burritos but they barely put any. Additionally, the beans in my burrito were extremely pasty, leading me to throw it away. I usually order through the app to ensure accuracy, but even then, the service has declined in recent years. Taco Bell seems to be cutting corners on food quality, similar to McDonald's.

Got a long night of work ahead of me, and I'd like to have something relatively fresh rather than the frozen food I usually make for all-nighters. Food came out quick and tastes great.

Absolutely unacceptable!!! They locked the doors of the dining room 10 minutes earlier than the closing time of 10pm! I wasn’t even there to dine in, just for a take out order of one chalupa supreme. Yet, the employees laughed at me; the rudest one that laughed the most was a young, mid to late 20s overweight latina woman with her hair tied up in a bun. I would like a discount or free coupon on my next order. I am an active member of the Taco Bell rewards app.
