Tim Hortons - La Malbaie

I only went there once. The dining room was closed. At the service of the car, I ordered a black coffee with a cream. I just have a cold coffee... it's the first time I saw it!!! I asked someone to replace me, but this time he was... lukewarm and especially not black... Actually, it was a coffee cream so it was white... I didn't insist and I left. No time to waste and I threw the coffee on my way. It doesn't give the taste to come back.

Do not speak English in 2022 while you live in Canada country. Problems also with online orders. I have no choice. Diving is very early closed. Ne parlez pas anglais en 2022 tout en vivant au Canada. Problèmes même avec les commandes en ligne. N'ont pas de variété de choix. Dine in est fermé très tôt.

Worst service ever and they don't know how to make branded drinks

Looked open but was closed when we got there and lined up in the drive through...There was not a single sign or piece of paper taped to a door to tell all the unhappy customers that the place was closed. Awesome experience

Poor service. Very dirty place. The worst experience at Tim Hortons ever.
