We stopped in LaJunta to eat, reviews said this place was good, so we tried it. We were not disappointed! Everything was delicious!
From the outside, this trailer doesn't look like much. The previous reviews inspired us to try it. Not many good local food places in La Junta. Lucy's was fabulous! Delicious fresh tacos, loaded and great tasting! Highly recommend the Carnitas tacos! Amazing flavor and not too spicy for me. Cannot have hot spicy and usually not cilantro. Their pico had minimal cilantro, not overpowering. The Car e Asada fries were awesome too. We loved this place so much we had lunch and dinner (ordered to go). Definitely our favorite place in La Junta!! Can't wait to go back!!
OMG! I am from Arizona, currently living in Illinois and this is the best authentic Mexican food ever! I ate there three times while I visited my sister! So good food!!! I miss it now!
