Przekaż informację zwrotnąI'm giving this restaurant 3 stars mainly because the wait time in line is excessive, and the parking lot is too small to accommodate all the cars using the drive-thru. It almost resembles an In-N-Out line! The menu board is poorly organized, making it difficult to see everything. However, I must say that the food and service from the staff were excellent overall.
I had the worst experience ever at this Taco Bell. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and the person on the intercom got my order wrong three times. When I finally received my food, it was cold and soggy, and one of the items was incorrect. While most Taco Bell locations in San Diego are pretty good, I definitely recommend avoiding this one.
You really need to hire more staff! When I asked how many employees were working, they told me there were only two—on a Friday! It shouldn't take 45 minutes to receive my food at Taco Bell. Typically, it takes about 5-7 minutes to serve one customer. This location is consistently slow. The fastest Taco Bell experience I've had was in the college area, where I was the only customer, and my order was ready even before I paid. That's how quick it should be—no more than 2 minutes. I've now been in line for about 15 minutes and have only moved three cars forward. This is unacceptable.
This is THE WORST taco bell I've been to in the entire world. I'm not exaggerating that either. Terrible customer service, never open on time, always out of things on the menu, always missing items from my order and after multiple time giving this locationa chance, I can safely warn you to not waste your time waiting 30 plus minutes in the drive through. I honestly don't know howthis location is managing to remain open at all. Corporate needs to shut this franchisee down, because it's not working.
I used to love this place, but now it requires the customers to do more work than the employees. Instead of talking to a real person, I had to make my order on a machine, HAD to use a credit card, and joined the other two in-store customers eating ourmeals in silence. Automation may save Taco Bell money in the short run, but people like me will NEVER return... and I think thatwill cost on the bottom line a lot more than is saved by screwing the customers.
