Splash Cafe - La Jolla

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The breakfast sandwich and turkey baguette were both excellent! Additionally, I appreciate that your water is served in boxes—it's a more environmentally friendly option!

The service here was incredibly friendly and excellent! On a Sunday, Kayla served me and my friend Jacob, and she even came out to check on us while we were seated. Their warmth and generosity were only rivaled by the quality of the service. I can't wait for my next visit, where I'll get to enjoy a day surrounded by aquatic life, delicious food, and wonderful people like Kayla.

The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering it’s food available at the venue. The Chicken Caesar Sandwich was fantastic, though it does take a bit longer to prepare the other menu items. While the restaurant is located outside the aquarium, the parking is in the same area.

We had only a soft pulp with cheese, cookies, nachos and soda, but the rest of the menu looks good! The cookie was best after our daughter. Some items are served only until 3.30. It was too late for us to try the truffles. Maybe next time. Oh, there's an ATM.

Coffee was good as was the turkey baguette. The setting among the Torry Pines is lovely. We enjoyed the cafe while waiting for our aquarium entrance time.
