Peet's Coffee - La Jolla

Nice looking Starbucks comprable coffee shop. The flavors aren't quite as strong as I would like. I had to ask for them to remake my drink, they did with no complaints. The service was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The coffee was delicious as expected from Pete's. Yet, sitting close to the counter where finished coffees and teas were placed I could hear the baristas telling people to be careful of hot tea and telling them how long to steep it for the best flavor. I also heard them address customers by name when they came in. These people really care and were very efficient and on top of everything.

I stopped by for a cup of coffee during my visit to La Jolla. It was afternoon, however not very busy. I got a mocha latte, and it was very basic, and mediocre. There was no good aroma or kick to it, neither any good chocolate taste. They had some baked goods/ snacks as well. I didn?t eat though, so can?t really comment. Overall the place looks cool, but the coffee was mostly disappointing to me.

I had Hibiscus tea and my daughter had a Matcha Latte which she stated was very very good!! The employees were also very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend visiting if you love coffee and/or tea. Follow me on IG dr.riley15_ for more reviews!

Nice latte. Best in La Jolla? So far. Also iced latte good, a little weak go the double shot If you want coffee flavour!
