Jack In The Box - La Jolla

The only time this restaurant is exceptional is when Eddie is working. He consistently ensures that my order is perfect every single time. I find myself hoping that Eddie is working whenever I visit, as the other employees do not measure up to his level of service. Thank you Eddie for always ensuring my order is 100% correct.

After ordering at the drive-thru, we were asked to pull up and wait for our order. However, when we received our order, it was missing tacos. All I wanted was my monster tacos! To make matters worse, I had to wait and still didn't get them. I've had issues with ordering through the app as well, so I ended up deleting it. I am very disappointed with Jack in the Box right now.

The restaurant's inconsistent hours make it difficult to plan a visit, but on the days they are open, the service is lacking. Even if you request hot fries with no salt, they may still give you cold fries with salt. Despite these issues, the food is good and they often have long lines.

I'm not sure if this specific location is just chronically understaffed, but they always take forever to get the food out in the drive-through. There will be like 3-4 cars in line and it'll take over 20 minutes to get those customers through the line. Don'tcome to this jack in the box unless you have time to spare in the drive-through.

Reliable and fresh food; top notch customer service. This high-traffic street corner drive-thru is the best service in Linda Vista. Unlike its competitor a block away, the food is always hot and fresh.
