Stayed at Sheraton and decided to check out the restaurant. The food was excellent. The prices were surprisingly very reasonable. Good selection of entrees. Did I mention the food was great. The service was pleasantly wonderful. I ordered the Lamb chops and my fiancee enjoyed the Halibut, Macadamia encrusted. Dessert was Butterscotch custard. Highly recommend. And after dinner slide over to the bar for some Karaoke.
The food was amazing and really reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. Usually, a $35 steak might still leave one hungry, but it was way too much to eat! There's a wide variety of seafood, cuts of meat, etc. The calamari was quite good, but it wasn't the normal rings, rather long strips (that were cooked to perfection, not soggy at all like they usually are. 10/10 would recommend.
The atmosphere is beautiful, and the seating is incredibly comfortable. The greenery enhances the space, creating a relaxing experience. The tree coverage outside provides a delightful sense of seclusion from the bustling streets. My favorite dish here is the Acai Bowl. It's a smooth sorbet topped with a delicious mix of berries, bananas, and kiwi, drizzled with just the right amount of honey that complements rather than overpowers the other flavors. The granola is fantastic and stays crispy throughout the meal. I absolutely love it!
I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. It was a weeknight, and the place was relatively empty, so we called ahead to check if there would be a wait. We were seated right away, and the menu had a nice variety of seafood, salads, pasta, and steak. The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and a quiet ambiance that made it easy to have conversations, especially since it wasn’t crowded. I can imagine it might feel different on a weekend, but I will definitely return when we visit La Jolla again soon.
