Good place to get a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and they make you feel appreciated.

The staff is the main reason I choose to eat here. While I don't typically indulge in fast food, I make an exception for this place, primarily because of the wonderful team, especially the manager. They treat every diner with respect and kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is courteous, attentive, and efficiently serves up the food. The dining area is always well-maintained. I visit here weekly whenever I'm in the mood for fast food and don’t feel like cooking breakfast. I rated the atmosphere 4 stars instead of 5 due to the location. However, I appreciate how the manager and staff handle difficult customers with both kindness and firmness.

1. No drink refills (you’re paying $2.99 for a small cup filled with ice and only 8 ounces of soda). 2. The morning management is incompetent, rude, dishonest, and unpleasant. Corporate and the health department need to be informed about this. 3. They re-fry food! Those rubbery French toast sticks that sat out for an hour? Yep, right back in the fryer! And if you enjoy fermented or upcycled tomatoes and lettuce on your Whopper, this is the place for you! 4. The establishment hasn’t been cleaned or detailed in years. Did I mention they have NO RESTROOMS? Customers walk in and touch everything with their dirty hands and then proceed to eat! Can you say SERIOUS HEALTH CODE VIOLATION? By law, every eat-in restaurant must provide a bathroom for customers! Lucy, the manager, is especially at fault. She discriminates, manages emotionally, and verbally abuses customers on a regular basis. She needs to go. This place should be shut down. Just imagine all the one-star reviews that people have not even posted! This Burger King deserves no more than two stars due to poor management, cold food, incorrect orders, and an unhealthy, unsafe dining atmosphere. It's no surprise that the McDonald's next door makes double the revenue! I’ll be waiting for upper management to reach out to me. In the meantime, enter, order, and eat at your own risk!

The ownership here is unfriendly towards the homeless, making this the worst Burger King in San Diego County. There are no restrooms available and no drink refills. As soon as you walk in, you’ll see a sign that warns against loitering for over 20 minutes.
