Starbucks - La Grange

I placed my order over 10 minutes before arriving using the app, but my drinks weren't ready even after 12 minutes. While the drinks were good, the service was lacking. Additionally, the device didn't meet my cleanliness standards.

The coffee here is consistently excellent, but the ambiance can quickly feel a bit dreary. Additionally, there never seems to be enough seating available!

I'm really disappointed to share this, especially since I used to visit regularly. My order was mishandled three times. I ordered online, and the app confirmed exactly what I wanted. However, when I received my order, it had incorrect items—not what I asked for. I checked the bag, and they had included cheese, even though I specifically requested no cheese. When I asked for a remake, the staff seemed annoyed and questioned if I had made a mistake. When I got my order again, it still had egg and cheese, despite my request. By this point, I was just ready to leave. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for food that should have taken less than seven. I love this place, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I suggest they pay more attention to hot breakfast and food orders, as it can waste a lot of time for customers, especially when trying to get a simple order right three times.

I would say this place is good, not as diets, but as diets for children. many children who can ruin the general atmosphere of this place. otherwise it's a diet. it's a good place!

Very good. The coffee here has both good flavor AND good aroma. Both are great qualities that that leave McDonald's coffee where it belongs: in the dust!! When was the last time anybody overheard someone say how much they liked McDonald's coffee? ? ?
