Horrible service. we didn’t get drinks until sitting down for 20 minutes. and couldnt get our bill ran through by whoever our waiter was. never going back. also felt lots tension between workers and management.

The food is delicious. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is awesome, especially since the Christmas light decorations are up along the river. Happy Hour on Wednesday is the best- our bottle of cab sav was half price at only $12 and since we're hotel guests we each had a glass with dinner and took the bottle up to our room after dinner. From front counter host to the level of service by all staff, it is probably the best hotel restaurant experience we've had anywhere in the world. If you're staying at the Radisson, you owe it to yourself to dine here. If you're a La Crosse local, you should pop in for a happy hour and have a great experience. Well be back in a couple of weeks.
