Przekaż informację zwrotnąAbsolutely had the worst experience at this Qdoba yesterday I ordered a chicken protein bowl and was asked by the person making my food did I want it made the same as on the poster or not I asked for rice to be added which was only thing extra that didn't come in the bowl there were also no veggies which come in the bowl which I didn't complain about but in turn I was charged for double protein in a bowl that already comes with that in the first place when I asked why my food was almost $16 the cashier was very rude and told me because it was not a protein bowl but a build your own bowl with extra protein now a build a bowl is 8.95 or 9.95 with extra protein another 2.95 which would've come to $12 or $13 but I was still being charged the price of a chicken protein bowl that costs 11.95 and already comes with double protein plus an additional 2.95 when I pointed that out to the cashier now she stated she just wants me to leave and refused to serve me how rude!!! I guess from now on I will just go to Chipotle instead because the service I was refused was absolutely horrible to begin with. Worst experience I ever had????
I visited this location hoping to redeem my credits from a previous excellent experience, but instead, I encountered the worst Q'doba experience I've ever had. The restaurant was a mess, and the person taking our order seemed to be unsure of what he was doing. The man handling our payment, who seemed to be in charge, appeared irritated by our presence. Additionally, I noticed that the supposed shift manager was not wearing a mask.
I ordered delivery from this restaurant and was quite disappointed with what I received. While there was supposed to be sour cream, it was barely there, and they completely forgot the salsa verde. I understand that mistakes happen, so I’m not too upset about that. However, the portion sizes are what really frustrated me. It honestly looks like they served me half a bowl, which feels unfair and like I'm being cheated out of my money. Additionally, the cup of queso was filled only halfway. Maybe that's their standard, but I felt it was worth mentioning. It seems like they might be cutting costs and reducing portions for delivery orders, knowing that any issues will likely fall on the delivery service (like Uber Eats, Postmates, or GrubHub) rather than on themselves. I usually love Qdoba, but this has been my worst experience with them, and it feels like I've been scammed. This will be my first and last time ordering from this location.
It seems like every time I come here, the service gets worse and worse. Last time for me. Only one person working on the line, which is fine and understandable with short staff, but when there is another guy just standing at the register day dreaming when the guy on the line is working on online orders, which obviously doesn?t require a cashier. That?s when it got irritating. Guy on the line was insanely slow as well. A few of us walked out.
I received the wrong order through DoorDash, which is understandable since mistakes happen. However, when I called to address the issue, the employee initially insisted that my order was correct, even though I tried to clarify that it wasn’t. She came across as a bit snarky. In the end, I ended up with the wrong food and was really hungry. I attempted to eat it, but the rice was hard and inedible. The tortilla was also tough to chew and tear apart — perhaps it had been sitting out too long. Overall, I was quite disappointed. I hope improvements can be made, and I’d appreciate being treated with respect as a customer when addressing an issue I didn’t cause.
