Very nice place, very beautiful personel, lack of waiting a little is for this 4 stars. But the meal was excellent.

Very nice setting and atmosphere, good quality dishes, a pretty fast service, to be recommended. The pork coast has had a magistrar, so greedy and not dry, it changes the eyes and it is so much better, just the mini carrots in the vegetables that were not at all, but it did not ruin the tasting, nothing serious. The entry fish tartre missed a little yuzu in my taste, but the caviar lemon caught in the acidity and tonicity of the dish, the cook knows how to adapt and this time again shows a beautiful mastery.

From one night in the field of Roullet, the manager recommended the alchemist. Beautiful discovery: nice place, welcome, we took a tray of charcuterie at 20€ on the terrace, very copier (a whole sausage and a pot of rillette of duck in whole! We could have been four, and we were ready to go with the remains. Inside, we took the Charente fondue ,13€: very good meat of beef marinated with cognac, we were offered for the frieze (crust sausage .
