Very long welcome (we waited for more than 15 minutes in the entrance without anyone talking to us), waitresses were overwhelmed...The big salads are worth the blow, even if it stays expensive for salad...Our very medium meat dishes and accompaniment even more.
We greatly appreciate the restaurants of this chain but then that of troyes should not bear this sign. It is not butchery but carnage: dirty place (household from the day before to the evening not done ) , unfinished work , dishes served as canteen, fat bearnaise ( fat being widely seen on the edge of the pot ).service is very long and unfriendly . restoration is a trade and does not improvise.
On July 5 we came to dinner in aperitif we ordered a virgin mojito( taste excellent ) but the all hidden in a large glass of looted ice so almost nothing to taste for the meal nothing to say on the contrary in drink we wanted a pichet of rosé the waitress offered us a rosé so saying superior to the same price by telling us that on the bill there would have been marked 4 glasses against the price was to return.
Very smiling waitress who installs us and take our order within 5 minutes. It's 7:10, 3 tables in big people... so we had time to choose. I order for myself a kir, an entrance and a dish and a quarter rosé. My daughter an ice thea and a slap. We are brought with the apero and the wine at the same time....chaud of course. The ice thea is reconstituted.... my entry arrives... a terrine.....search the error......it had to be found in the salad. my beef skewer was then suitable but the unrespected cooking....bleu c is blue and not bleeding. My daughter's **** more than grilled while it was about.....We live not far and it was our first experience and the last..... we didn't even offer water.... Tribute we who love meat.On the other hand, the waitress who was alone to manage the chef from time to time intervened....Thanks mademoiselle.
