Bread indicated as rye bread. I think it would be more honest to call it rye . Prices are high for everything on sale. The shelf life of pastries and bread is not even at the level of what you find in supermarkets or discount stores in Craponne. I just bought a bread machine from LIDL. Another family bought online. We even found organic flour very easily in supermarkets and it keeps for a long time. Finally it’s flour! I did three tries and added a little more water, it 's perfect now. Optimized cooking and it is done alone in the map. The country bread that I make with white flour and a little rye (you don 't need too much to have a light product), can be kept for up to 4 days.
