Mcdonald's - La Cañada Flintridge

How mickey d goes, this is a decent with a friendly, efficient staff. lack of seating in the open, but indoors are above average and clean.

Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever been too! Manager beyond rude. Tells me that I haven't waited ten minutes for my while I'm holding a receipt in my hand. And that had me move from the window to wait for my food and still had to go in and get my order!!!! Here is my receipt with the time stamp

How does one review a McDonald's? They're all the same! Best drive thru in the world, most efficient line, and fakest meat ever, but hey: we love you!

This is the first McDonald's that we got HOT food and excellent service! Kudos to management and staff!

UPDATE 05/23/2022 Just received a call from a McDonalds representative. He will do further investigating. Kudos to McDonalds for the prompt response. ————————— 05/20/2022 I have never been to this McDonalds before but I was in the area doing an Ending the Silence school presentation for National Alliance on Mental Illness. I was getting picked up by my mom after walking from St Francis High School and doing presentations all morning. I got racially profiled and treated as if I were homeless because I had big black presentation boards. A male worker came up and told me repeatedly that I had to leave. I already was on the sidewalk after the first you can 't stand here but he still stood threateningly behind me less than three feet. I was clearly on voice speaker with my mom and seeing her car pulling up from the street. My mom pulled up and we parked inside the McDonalds parking lot. My mom and I sought out the manager Amanda Prieto and the male worker. They insisted I was soliciting and their first words were actually this is private property. My mom had to shame them for their impulsive immature behavior. Both the manager Amanda Prieto and the male worker gave fake apologies and repeatedly said well we 're sorry but what do you want us to do. The male worker even gave a callous story about his little sister and how he 'd be mad at what he did to me but it was only because of his manager 's orders. The manager then turned it around and claimed that a diner complained about me standing there and soliciting. When my mom asked manager Amanda Prieto if they also shooed away the kids from two high schools and two elementary school less than a block away, the manager shut up. My mom and I left shortly after everyone, including the diners and other workers, watched my mom rightfully rebuke Amanda Prieto and the male worker. I am still shocked and disappointed that McDonalds did this to me. I do not recommend this McDonalds and for any parents of school kids there, beware and avoid this location. Attached is the backpack I wore from Lo and Sons. The Rowledge that is retail $485. The presentation boards as well which clearly wouldn 't be held as a sign for solicitation.
