Carob Restaurant Bar - Kyrenia

The pizza is much worse than a frozen pizza from supermarket. It has no taste and it's full of oil. It's easily the worst pizza I have ever tried in Cyprus. I asked for a frozen margarita, but they brought me crashed ice. They could told me that they cannot make it, instead of bring me something different. Of course, it was the least of the problem. In every sip, I had a taste of alcohol that we use on the wounds. The taste has nothing to do with margarita. We did not drank them, and they never even asked. We ordered garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. They were flooded in oil. We only ate one of it, and it was disgusting. Again, they did not even asked why we did not eat them. In the whole time I was feeling uncomfortable. I have a great fear of dogs and they have an enormous dog barking to the straits dogs they were passing by. It was frightful for me and 2 times came next to me and even touched me. The owner saw me that I was afraid and he just did nothing. He ignored me. Last but not least, we paid almost the same amount that we paid for fish in a much better restaurant in the same day. I did not even understand why they charged. It was the worst experience in dinning on Cyprus. P.S. The point of the restaurant is very nice. I hope that someone who knows how to run a restaurant, could start a new one.

Skip this place We chose it because it seemed uncomplicated and had a variety. nice corner location, but all the restaurants here have nice views. It was not a busy time, it was not crowded… After ordering, we waited….. a lot. half our order didn’t even come. Only the drinks and main courses came. No appetizers or salad which we ordered. mediocre “homemade” pizza hmmm? Bathrooms also smelled terrible and looked dirty. It’s not busy nor crowded, so i can’t see any excuse or redeeming quality. Skip it, go somewhere else, until they get their sht together. sorry,

‘Homemade pizza’ is actually just a supermarket frozen pizza with extra cheese on top. The pizza we got was soft and raw. Locations is good, but that’s all.

When you make reservation they don't tell you that you have to bring girls with you and although i was with my gf they asked my english friend for gf and he was like he's single and they were like we can't help you. Like what? Why did not you say this on the reservation call?

Reasonably priced, ok food with good view of harbour.
