Iyemon Salon Atelier Kyoto

What a beautiful place. We had the course dinner and enjoyed it from the first bite to the last. We can't compare it with other modern Japanese restaurants, but for us it was worth every yen. Clean and beautiful interior and the same can be said about the dishes. All were picture perfect (and very tasty). In addition, the service was good, with English menu and explanation where necessary. Try your cocktails too! We were impressed, so we gave the staff some Belgian chocolates to show our appreciation. Thank you.

This was one of our best experiences in Japan! The presentation of this place is amazing. The setting of the restaurant is very peaceful and the design is so clean that adds much to the experience. The way food is presented is reinforced by the place. The other main advantage of this place is the fact that there is a menu in English and that you can order vegeterian and vegan dishes. When we were there, there were only two vegan dishes, but that was enough for my girlfriend who is vegan. I took the set menu that was amazing. I enjoyed the whole experience!! The cocktails they serve are also highly recommended. All desserts were also vegan. And of course delicious.

Beautiful café with fantastic interior, fantastic service and a wonderful ambience. I'd like to go back. The icy Matcha Latte I had was very well designed, delicious and looked amazing. Also the small garden in the front was absolutely beautiful!

Super cozy atmosphere and amazing tea We rested very well on the 2nd floor of this café after a long walk. Ask them if you can take up a place that is much quieter than the 1st floor.

An elegant quiet place to take a little break from busy life outside. The sweets offered in the 2nd floor are delicious and look like pieces of art. Divers tea variations in the menu. Staff is very friendly, suitable music in the background. Definitely a place to come back!
