Also I really enjoyed seeing the Asahi beer decoration, the German style outfits for the waiters, in the general atmosphere. I would have liked to taste so many dishes, such as garlic toast, but I could only taste the garlic agitated mushrooms and bacon and ham salad. However, I would not recommend the ham salad because it was too small.
It is a very German beer place, German beer festival music in the background, with closed eyes you could transport yourself to Munich in a pinch. They still serve good beer and the good is not bad either.
A few beers from the chaos of the Teramachi Street shopping district stopped. It has the German beer hall vibe and serves stones of cold, delicious beer.. I had nothing to eat, but from what I saw it looked good.. It has both smoking and non-smoking area..
The food was delicious but the lady that served us seemed rude. The yakisoba was too salty and too hard for my old mother’s liking, and so I told the waitress. She immediately and very firmly said they can’t do anything about it (without checking in with their manager or chef). She didn’t even looked sorry and lacked of empathy. Which led me to think that they may have had this situation a few times already.
Tired of ramen and broth? Asahi offered us a different variety of food: We had a big omelette with ragù and mushrooms, steak and fried shrimps. The best thing was the omelette, big and very tasty, ready after 30min, but amazing
