Wimpy - Kwazulu-natal

Although this is a very convenient wimpy enroute to the North Coast and back, it's frustrating to come for a sit down meal. We always have to ask them to wipe the table and clean the condiments and the holder is terrible dirty.... it's now 8:00 don't tell me they can't at least clean everything properly before opening.

Had to wait a long time before I decided to ask for service and when they eventually helped we waited 45 minutes for our food in a empty restaurant. Waiters need alot of training and a bit of personality. Very disappointing

The service was excellent. Their staff are respectful and customer oriented. I was impressed with their service

Had to wait a long time for service and eventually asked the receptionist if someone please can serve us. The food took so long, before it was served that I again had to ask the receptionist what happened to our food. People that came in after us ate and left before we received our food. When our food came my husband's order was wrong brown toast instead of white toast. Again it took so long before he got his food. I was just about finished with my food when his food only came.
