KFC here is always fresh. A bit slow on the drive-thru, but they bring the food to your car for you

Friendly staff members, they even helped me to order 80 snack burgers for my Gr R learners using KFC as I was not familiar in using it. Through their help I am the Master of online ordering KFC now. I also entered a KFC competition, hoping I will be the winner.

Really Frustrating dealing with KFC staff who cannot cummicate. No understanding of what it means to manage a DRIVE THOUGH. Something that KFC staff in general really battle with is honest communication with custmers when they order. IF a customer orders an item that you do NOT have ready, then tell the customer, he or she will have to wait a very long time as it is not cooked yet.
