Kfc Ixopo - Kwazulu-natal

Very horrible customer service, it looks like they were never trained on customer services. Even the manager

I am at KFC in Ixopo. The service here is very bad. The store is packed today and the manager is doing nothing to help the staff. He is going up and down the store, currently he is busy placing orders for his friends who are standing outside the store. Everyone inside the store is talking about this unfair conduct but he is not bothered by that. I am really disappointed

I don't remember the last time the service was excellent there… if it's not the food packers being rude, they are messing up orders. I always check my order before I leave and something Is always wrong with it… service is slow. Most of the time they take “Cash only” yooh frustrating…

I guess you guys have your own recipe, I don't even want to mention your nuggets. Let alone that you always don't have ICE-CREAM.

KFC is nice,but please take out the ribs part but we are looking for edible meat like wings, drumsticks as dominant peaces.
