Fish On The River - Kwazulu-natal

Our café latte came in a glass that had a huge red lipstick impression of someone else's lips. I enjoyed my grilled “Catch of the Day” though. It's a lovely setting to sit outside, watch the river and have lunch though.

The setting is amazing, and so beautiful, it was amazing sitting watching the river go past, I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have sat outside. The set up is different to most restaurants, you order and pay at different vendors, so we ended up with 2 bills — the food on one and the drinks on another — which was a bit of a hassle, but not serious. Great place Great food value for money. Pity pizza wasn't available that day and having to order drinks from a separate venue and bill was strange. Awesome view. Management and staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely go there again with my overseas guests.

Great fried or grilled hake and chips. Nice home made sauces. Veg burger was reported to be a winner as well.
