I have sushi here at least once a week! It’s always delicious!

Surprisingly good sushi for a small town restaurant.

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. As soon as you step inside, it feels like you've entered a different world. The sushi here is fantastic. I have two pieces of advice: first, steer clear of rolls that contain cream cheese, as it tends to overpower the other flavors. Second, when ordering spicy tuna and salmon rolls, request them to be constructed with solid pieces of fish topped with spicy sauce, rather than having the fish minced and mixed with the sauce inside. The texture is significantly better this way. Tammy and Ken create sushi that competes with the best restaurants from here all the way to NYC.

We ended up ordering too much because I was expecting the rolls to be smaller, but they turned out to be huge! We stopped by on our way through town, and it was such a wonderful surprise. The food was fantastic, and the service was delightful.

The best Volcano Rolls I've ever had! I graduated four years ago, and I still come back here three times a year just for the sushi.
