Dunkin' - KUTZTOWN

I visited this morning for breakfast and they got my order wrong. I had to go back inside to get it corrected, but it took an incredibly long time. The staff gave me attitude the whole time and even told me not to return. There were about five employees there, and they were all just chatting and not focused on their work. This place is a disappointment. Don't waste your time or money here!

I found a fingernail in my hot coffee. I managed to drink almost the entire cup before realizing it was there. I'm absolutely disgusted and can't stop feeling nauseous.

What happened to all the variety of donuts they used to offer in the past? I really miss some of the unique options that different companies had back in the day, but it seems like those days are gone. Aside from that, I don't have any complaints. I suppose India owns all the Dunkin' Donuts now, so change is already here, and more is on the way. I've always liked Dunkin' Donuts and will continue to do so.

We go to dunk n donuts all the time that they are starting to know what we order .we are at dunk n donuts so much that I downloaded the app and already earned 2 free coffees.

Very clean and friendly but gave us wrong donuts. Didn't realize until I was down the road
