Arby's - KUTZTOWN

The food was wonderful, and the service was outstanding. The staff member at the window was exceptionally friendly and kind!

I was really looking forward to visiting an Arby's after our local one closed and after seeing their commercials for years, but my experience at the one I found in Pennsylvania was a letdown. The food was terrible, and the restaurant itself was dirty and unappetizing. I cannot recommend this place.

Ordered the brisket sandwich.... F'in horrendous. Glorified low quality roast beef .... Commercial is very misleading.... Won't go back EVER ... Wish I could give NO stars

We had just one small issue during our visit: they forgot my meal. However, it wasn’t a big deal—I simply shared some fries with my family. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, just us and another couple, so it was easy to walk in and get our food without any hassle.

Amazing experience, dont usually review. Even though the restaurant is a chain, it is run like a family restaurant. Great service and great food.
