For more, please send a nemu to the Podomoro Goreng Chicken. The location on the roadside, the Kutoarjo square. Lay the usual dining place, can choose chairs or lesehan. The chicken is great, crying krispi bgtttttt... free rice sambel (red ijo). But the sambel is less pedes. It is expensive, because it looks like serame. And it is the pricelist. It turns out that... 2 servings of orange chicken rice are just 75k. Wuw! Compared with serving flavor.

This is my first time giving two stars for a restaurant I choose to go to (I always make sure to do some research beforehand), but my experience was on the awful side so I’m forced to. If not for the taste of the chicken itself, I would have given it one star. So my family and I come during the first week of Syawal and when coming in, we are not offered a menu but we go straight to pick the chicken and the duck cutlets from two large pots (baskom) without anything covering them. As some have mentioned, the rice is available in buffet style along with the sayur asem (so I assume we can take as much or as little as we want and I also made the mistake in assuming the sayur asem was complimentary from the house it was in a medium pot). Upon paying, some ibu (perhaps the owner or at least the manager) took over the cashier and start listing the bill. Without mentioning how much they charge for every item, she says a big round number for everything (including the rice and sayur) that seems to come out of nowhere. Even for Hari Raya, I’d say it was outrageous. I should have asked for a receipt but I was too eager to leave the place. Arriving home, hours later, three of my family members suffer from diarrhea, and the only common denominator is the chicken we eat at this place (even though the place was quite clean, there was definitely room for flies to fly around freely). Although it wasn’t fatal, suffice to say we probably would not come back.
