Our first evening in Bali staying at the wonderful Conrad Hilton in Nusa Dua and we decided to have dinner in the hotel’s idyllic beachfront restaurant Eight Degrees South. With seafood a speciality, but not exclusively so we chose the beautifully prepared and exquisitely tasty seaboards with various irresistible side dishes. We cannot praise highly enough the quality and standard of the entire meal. Easily one of the best we have ever had anywhere. The sound of the sea and the relaxed but special alfresco atmosphere provided us with a beautiful introduction to Bali . The staff are exceptional. No explanation or attention to detail is too much . We were lucky enough to be served throughout by the charming Siska. Apologies if her name is spelt incorrectly! She made the dining experience perfect for us , displaying the highest standards of care and professionalism. We cannot recommend her or the restaurant highly enough. It is open to non residents of the hotel . Everyone should go you will not be disappointed.
Love this place and miss it already! We’ve eaten many times here during our stay in Nusa Dua and it quickly became our favourite. All of the dishes we tried were superb and their complimentary bread is to die for! Thank you for a memorable experience!
Been coming to Bali for 12 years… and this was the best seafood my wife and I have ever in Bali! Cooked perfectly, fresh, seasoned beautifully… plus a fantastic view and setting! The price was pretty reasonable and would definitely pay again! You get what you pay for! $100 (including for seafood for two, plus a seafood entree and a drink each… very very impressed with this place!
Had our dinner here two nights in a row. The family and I were very satisfied with the food and service we received. The staff were really helpful and attentive, and the foccacia was just amazing with sambal and coconut butter. Edit: I forgot a very importanf point, the seafood used in the restaurant are locally sourced. I find that it is such a good initiative to #SupportLocal!
