Ginsui - Kushiro

Found this little gem by chance. The ramen was so refreshing and npt greasy, the noodles were perfect. Find time to visit this amazing little shop, very close to Kushiro Station.

Very incomprehensible shopfront, which is not on the main road, but serves amazing riddles. We had the schoyu and miso ramen, both were very light and refreshing soup base. The ramen was thin and had a slight icy taste it was phenomenal; nothing like any other Hokkaido (Sapporo) ramen I had where a bowl would usually be too much for me. I blew up every last drop of this bowl!

For a few years Delicious Kushiro ramen with thin oodles. I moved to a place that is hard to find.

Had a great ramen here. Highly recommend!
