When I asked them why this hot chocolate is so sweet as I asked no sugar, their attitudes were so bad and no patience and said you should say you need a weak taste. My bad I don’t have any knowledge about hot chocolate is always not add sugar. BAD SERVICE.
Ordered Soy Latte, wasn’t given a receipt (had to ask if I could have the receipt and she mumbled under her breath that I was a nuisance) nor asked if I had a muffin break card, was then served with a Chai latte, told the lady barista of the mistake and she gave me an eye roll and a glance before stating that i ordered Chai latte. Appalling.
Asked for a cappuccino, received a cup of scalding hot water with 2mm of foam on top. DANGEROUSLY HOT. Poor service.Asked her to scan my membership card. She had no interest. When she eventually did, I am not sure she even completed the transaction I guess it is because I paid cash ...Edit: Review was left for customers ... NOT the owner or head office. I am sure that if head office was concerned, they would send out a mystery shopper.Unfortunately, I couldn’t give zero stars.
Another day, another comforting muffin from Muffin Break. I have found myself really craving cake and pastry in ISO so I'm really happy that Muffin Break are still open. With so many choices, I can always have something new each time. I picked a blueberry muffin, and it was soft, fluffy and not overly sweet. The dob of icing on top is just enough sweetness, and it goes so well with the lush blueberries. The girl serving me was pleasant, and there is a nice atmosphere around this store.
I had a bad experience today. When i go to collect my coffe, the one who wear spectacles and short hair mature lady was very rude and aggressive to me. That lady doesn't know how to treat a customer properly.
