Hidden little joint in an industrial like area, but glad to have food so close by. Their service was very quick and they really catered to specific individual requests. And in this day and age where herbs are not even available in grocery stores, they were still serving coriander in their rolls so hats off to them!

Family run business, very friendly and helpful staff, their hand crumbed chicken is to die for, from nuggets, strips to schnitzel, you can't go wrong. The also do a wonderful traditional Vietnamese Rolls as well as all the regular take away favourites.

Come here for work lunch. The bahn mi is delicious and the perfect thing for a tasty lunch. This is a family run business and the staff are friendly and helpful. The establishment is very clean and tidy. Sometimes can get very busy at lunch and breakfast times due to it being an industrial estate coffee shop so phoning ahead is recommended and if you intend to pick up and run due to time constraints giving them half an hours notice and a definite pick up time is a good idea. Prices are fair especially for the quality. The new owners do a much much better job than the previous owners so if you are a visitor in the past and were not happy, give them another go.

The catering was fantastic and popular in my kid’s birthday party, everyone loved it. Linh is so nice and the price is reasonable. Strong recommendation!
