The first thing we noticed when we were in the room was that the cookies on the table had butter in them. We notified the owner about it and suggested that they find vegan guests for the next time. They were very responsive and thanked us for bringing them to their attention. Dinner was a lot of food for me, but everything was vegan! I saved my remains to eat lunch the next day. Breakfast was better for me (although I was still pretty crowded) but there were a few things that punished me. One was the Natto who came with a sauce package that I suspected could have fish extract. Another one was the pruned plum (umeboshi), which I suspected would have honey. There were also nori strips that sometimes have fish extract. I spoke my concerns about these things to the owner, and she said they will make sure and be more careful from now on. The trouble with food sometimes is that the cooks that make the food are not always vegan, so sometimes they make mistakes. Despite the few concerns I had, I would just like to say that I really appreciate them and I would like to support them to move forward. I still recommend you stay in this inn. And if you do, give them feedback if you have any concerns like me. You will hear and hopefully it will be better and better, the more people stay there.
Man, and I were one night in this house. we told them we were vegan when we reserved the room. we had a really nice stay and enjoyed eating and the bathroom. the first thing we noticed when we were in the room was that the cookies on the table butter had in them. we have informed the owner about it and suggested that they find something vegan-friendly for the next time they have vegan guests. they were very responsive and thanked us for bringing them to their attention. the dinner was a lot of food for me, but everything was vegan! I saved my rest to eat the next day at lunchtime. the breakfast was a better amount for me (although I was still quite crowded) but there were a few things that punished me. one was the natto that came with a sauce package that I suspected could have fish extract. another one was the plucked plume (umeboshi,) that I suspected she could have honey. there were also nori strips that sometimes have fish extract. I spoke my thinking about these things to the owner, and she said they will make sure and be more careful from now on. the effort to eat sometimes is that the chefs who make eating are not always vegan, so sometimes they make mistakes. Despite the few that I had, I would just like to say that I really appreciate it and I would like to support it to move forward. I still recommend that they stay in this gas house. and if they do that, they give them feedback if they have any thoughts like me. they will hear and hopefully it will be better and better, the more people stay there.
