Found this by lucky browsing when we were just landed at Kupang. Actually Heera Biryani House available in Grab food, but we had time while waiting for the next flight to Maumere. After calling the number provided in its profile to make sure that they are open for dining in, then we went there. Akram, The Owner, was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered dhal and paratha. Taste so good Milk tea also very nice. Will surely order again in our next trip to Kupang.
