Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Went and was first time buyer. Didn't go somewhere else because it's really close to my house but $31 for two large unbaked pizza is way to expensive I wouldn'tmind if they were baked at that price. But the place looked pretty clean and the employees were really good people when I went. Taste wasn't so good really.

I enjoyed my visit to papa Murphys today. The people helping were doing such a wonderful job and so helpful in distinguishing which pizza we needed. I would strongly recommend this awesome place to all of my friends and family.

Ordered three pizzas. A family cowboy a large 2 topping and a medium cheese. Instead of a large 2 topping which was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage it was just cheese. And my cowboy was supposed to have extra cheese on top.Well when I called the store after driving 20 miles to pick up the pizzas they said sorry we just have u a large cheese. After checking in their system it showed a large cheese and medium cheese.Well my receipt said other wise. It showed a large 2 topping with pepperoni and sausage. And my cowboy showed extra cheese.I willNever utilize this store location again and will suggest to my friends and neighbors to never use the Papa Murphy’s store at Linder and Deer flat road in Kuna Idaho.I give them 1 star. Never going there again.

I just called in an order for 2 pizzas and talked to a Shondra, who was VERY RUDE! She totally needs to learn phone Etiquette! She should NOT be talking to customers! I almost cancelled my orders and went somewhere else! This is ridiculous to be talked to like that!

My husband tried to buy extra dressing for our salads and he was told no, even though it would have been a sale. We ordered two pizzas and got home and realized one was totally wrong. My husband called and tried to have them make it right, and were told there was basically nothing they could do. Awful customer service!
