Starbucks (jetty Point Langkawi) - Kuah

Cashier and crew duty on 3/5 1pm is so rude. Use broken English is acceptable but no manners. The crew no manners. I help her explained to the foreigner customers and she not appreciate it, didn't say thank you and just call my name, no respect at all.. she should say miss or puan or kakak.. learn to be polite when attend customers. Im so upset.

Since it has been refurbished, it is a nice place to stay and drink coffee. Service was always excellent.

Sealed packing but order short of 1banana muffin and chicken pie wasn't properly heated up and packed properly. Pie arrived smashed!

Staff are very Friendly and very Attentive is the best starbucks in the Northen region .Assets are the associates such as Anis .Natasha.Sofia.Azmir .Nazwan.Arif.Shahira.Aida .Ilias. Natasha and Alif after opening again this week are working very hard so is Axmir and ANIS .Good job guys.
