Fuumi Sushi Vaagsbygd - Kristiansand

The taste is indescribable to me, but I would choose other restaurants before this one. It's okay for a quick meal, but not my top choice.

The sushi at this restaurant is exactly as described on the menu and tastes delicious. Despite ordering late at night in Wågsbygd, all the ingredients were decent. Ordering over the phone was easy and the prices were reasonable for such high-quality sushi. We paid 500 NOK for 50 pieces, but I have to deduct a star because the rice was a bit limp, causing some pieces to fall apart when using chopsticks. However, overall it was a good sushi experience at a great price with some extra flavor.

This restaurant is amazing, I truly appreciate the great service and delicious food that leaves you completely satisfied.

Fuumi tries to make good sushi. it's also a bit high praise. I tested them for a month and the quality is very variable. I have experienced too much early onspring onion, so all the others were killed when I decided next time without bad results. last time there was a freak in norway, and on some nitrilperück there were clearly fulcal fish. as a HT fan it was with excitement that I decided for fuumi, just one crash. I'm testing everyone in wågsbygd.

Good food, stiff prices. Fuumi provides flexibility in the menu. Asked to get only salmon and tuna on the nigiri, and got it. Unfortunately it costs a bit much, but the sushi is very good. The staff is also very nice.
