Very tasty ice in the city of the münsters. the ice is made yourself and there are many vegan options, not only fruchteis! the waffeln are also vegan. updated by the previous review on 2021-08-03

There are daily changing types of ice, in which approx. 5-7 of them vegan and clear to the green signs. some also very unusual sorts such as e.g. radler or apple-wasabi. especially delicious I find the vegan kakaoeis.

We often go to raphaels ice manufactory. the sorbets are very tasty and the aromas are original (like basilikum and lemon). everything is homemade and made in front of location. there is often a vegan cake available. I had a very good blueberry cake. there are few tables before the ice manufacture. the manufactory is beautifully decorated and its location is also great (near the city center and the bus stop tibusstrasse).

There are partly daily changing types of ice, usually approx. 5-7 of them vegan and clear to the green characters. In some cases also very unusual varieties such as Rammer or Apple Wasabi. I find the vegan cocoa ice cream particularly delicious.
