I am deducting a star for the service. We were not informed that the card payment was not working when we placed our order, they only told us when we went to pay for our meal.

Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, polite service.

This isn't the first time something like this has happened. How many times have you placed an order only for them to be out of something? The same thing happened with the burgers - three times over different orders and weeks, they were suddenly out of stock. Today, there was a promotion for a free gift from Sicily, so we placed an order with a promotional code. However, when we arrived to pick it up, the code didn't work. It's frustrating that this wasn't clearly communicated, even by the person who confirmed the order. It's disappointing and makes us not want to order from here again.

I ordered two pizzas online, but they never called me back and never delivered anything.
